Return Policy

 MakeAmericanGreatAgain allows you to return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving them. You can choose to arrange a collection by calling the post office or dropping off the items at your nearest post office, We will decide whether to reimburse the freight for you according to the reason for your return. If it is our responsibility, we will reimburse you for the freight. If it is your responsibility, we will not reimburse the freight. In case of incorrect or damaged items, please take clear photos and immediately contact our customer service. We will provide replace the item(s), or issue a refund. To initiate the return process, please contact our customer service for the return address prior to sending back the products.

Return Conditions

If there are no quality issues with the items, make sure they are returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with the original tags and packaging, and approved by our customer service team before shipping to the return address. For items with quality issues or incorrect items, please contact our customer service with clear photos of the problem to receive the return address. Customers can request a return or refund for the following circumstances: 1) Defective problems including stains, rips, poor quality materials, obvious color differences, or significant differences from the photographed product 2) Disliking the item(s) .

Return Process

In case of any issues with the item you received, kindly send an email to our customer service at service@makeamericangreatagain.store . To ensure a quick and hassle-free return process, please include your order number, SKU number or product name, and the reason for the return.For a successful return, please send the items to the provided return address and provide us with proof of return in the form of a tracking number and a valid return receipt. Once we receive your returned item, we'll examine it to see if it conforms to our return guidelines. If everything is in order, we'll process your preferred refund method.

Kindly avoid using the delivery address on your package for the purpose of a return address. Use only the return address that our customer service team has provided.

Be careful not to include any items that are not from  MakeAmericanGreatAgain in your return package, as we cannot assure their return to you.

Please be aware that we do not take responsibility for any lost or stolen return packages while in transit. To avoid such a situation, ensure that you have your proof of return tracking number when sending your package back to us.

Refund Policy

We will cover any expenses for misprinted/damaged/defective items resulting from our production or transportation, and you will receive a full refund. Additionally, we will refund your shipping costs for returning the item. If you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchasing, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your order before it is shipped, you will receive a full refund. However, if the order has already been shipped, we cannot accept cancellation requests. If your shipment is lost during transit, we will issue a full refund to cover your loss. In case the courier cannot recognize the address provided by you, resulting in the return of the shipment to our facility, you will be liable for reshipment costs once we receive an updated address confirmation (if applicable). If you provide an incorrect address at the time of order placement and do not communicate with us to make changes, you will be responsible for any losses incurred. We will not accept used items with makeup, animal hair, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains for return, and such items will not be eligible for a refund. Do note that refunds may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account due to differences in processing times between payment providers.

The responsibility for return/exchange shipping costs varies depending on the circumstances

1. If the product is defective, damaged during transportation, incorrect items are sent, faulty manufacturing, or items break after use, we offer a full refund and cover the return/exchange shipping fees.

2. However, if the return/exchange is due to customer dislike, no longer needing the product, or items not fitting well, the customer is responsible for the return/exchange shipping costs, which will not be refunded.

How will customers get the return label?

This happens when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier.This is our responsibility.
